Ann M. Little
Short Biography
Ann M. Little’s research is in the history of gender and sexuality, borderlands history, the history of the body, and early American history. She is the author of Abraham in Arms: War and Gender in Colonial New England, and numerous articles and book chapters. She is writing a biography of Esther Wheelwright, an English captive girl taken by the Wabanaki Indians who became an Ursuline nun in Québec. She is an Associate Professor at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.
