Jeffrey Moriarty
Short Biography
Jeffrey Moriarty's research interests lie in business ethics and political philosophy, and at the intersection of these fields. He is especially interested in questions of distributive justice as they arise in state and organizational contexts. Moriarty's publications on these topics have appeared in journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, Noûs, and Utilitas. His current research focuses on executive compensation and the implications of John Rawls's later work for questions of economic justice. Moriarty is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Bowling Green State University. He received a Ph.D. in philosophy from Rutgers University and an A.B. in philosophy from Princeton University.
